Help Please

So a day before I turned 32 weeks I was rushed to the ER for major back pain it was consistent and would not go away so when they hooked me up to the monitor they seen I was having contractions but I couldn't feel them at all so they gave me " Terbutaline " to stop my contractions and I went to the hospital at 33 and 34 week for the same issue I was having contractions but instead of giving me Terbutaline they gave me iv fluids cause they said I could be dehydrated but there was nothing wrong with my urinalysis so whenever I feel back pain again I'm scared to go to the hospital because they will just give me fluids again what should I do?
