So frustrating. My child nurses well but I don't now produce enough for her. Just as I couldn't produce enough for my son 8 years ago which then I had to feed him formula which caused him to be a complete every feed spit upper. She is beginning to do the same. I don't even want to use formula. I want to nurse only!!!! How do I produce more milk. I do the supply and demand. I do the pump. I do extra fluids. I had the mother milk tea and now I have the mother love pills. The tea gave me diarrhea. And the pills now on day two has done nothing.
