Hi ladies!

My husband and I have been TTC for 3 months now and last night when we went out to dinner I ate my meal and within minutes I was in the bathroom throwing up. Felt sick all day today. And then tonight ended up with light, watery, pale pink bleeding which has since become just spotting, could this be implantation bleeding? I'm 14dpo. AF due on the 7th.
