Natural birth vs with drugs
Anyone here trying to go all natural?
Has anyone here actually done it all natural? If so how did you cope with the pain and for how many hours?
I previously got the epidural twice and now I really don't want to get it for the reason that it interferes with my healing process after birth. I regret getting it the second time it didn't even work!
Could use some help in how I can cope with the contractions and have my baby all natural
