Extremely horrible pain

I need some advice. I have had my ovaries rupture twice. The last time I had my period I mistakes it for my ovaries because of how extreme the pain was. It is now 3 am and I started my period and I'm crying in pain. Should I go to the emergency room even though I know it's my period? The pain is intense. I'm sweating like crazy and typing this through my tears
