There is probably a whole discussion on here about this already, but I am new here and just started taking fertility treatments. A bit about me, my husband and I have been TTC for 5 months. I have pcos and my period has not returned since going off birth control 6 months ago. Because of pcos my period has always been irregular or absent altogether unless on bc, and so I don't think I've ever actually ovulated in my life. My doctor put me on clomid this month, and I don't believe I ovulated. I had a positive opk test, but no ewcm or raise in bbt. I know it's only my first month using clomid, but I read that 80% of women will ovulate their first time using clomid and I guess I didn't. Has this happened to anyone else and if so, did you ovulate the next month on clomid? What has been your success rate with using clomid? Does it just not work for some women or am I worrying over this too early in the game? Sorry for such a long post, I'm just nervous and feeling stressed and wanted to see what you all have experienced with clomid.

Tldr: I have pcos and wondering what the success rate is for those of you who have used clomid.
