Bleeding red and losing all hope

I'm 7 weeks 1 day. I don't feel prego anymore just sad. Yesterday i spotted a scant dark red and had a panic attack, the spotting continued all day but was weak. Today it turned a bright red and heavier but not soaking a pad yet. 1st appointment is scheduled for tomorrow at 3pm. A year and a half ago i had a full molar miscarriage. If this one is miscarried I'm giving up i can't handle this disappointment, I'm 39. My poor husband is very sad too. Please pray for us we have no kids and only want one. I'll update after tomorrow's appointment.
