After checking with the 100th ob/gyn i decided i should have a second lap after a first 1 was done in 2010 and removed a 7cms cyst off my right ovary. When i get checked up earlier this year they found out i have a new one of 4cms on my left ovary and few smaller ones on the right. The other ob/gyn decided i should  wait and ttc the current one said me i should go for surgery. i am so confused. we r trying for baby 1. please give your opinion. Success after laparoscopy? 30 years old female?
