Aaah almost had a heart attack!
This may be TMI, just a warning!
So I have had internal hemorrhoids before and was pretty sure that I had another one as there had been small spots of blood after I had a BM the past day or so. I just went to the bathroom and had another BM, went to wipe and, holy crap Batman, was there blood! I just stared at it for a moment before realizing that everything was fine and that I was just a hemorrhoid rupture.
I feel slightly stupid for getting shaken up about it, but I'm my heart rate is still getting back to normal 😂
Hopefully I'm not the only one who has had a mini-panic attack from a ruptured hemorrhoid. Lol
