Best friend just found out her boyfriend has been a woman

I just got a call. My best friend was crying and screaming. They have been together for 3and half years or something like that. And since last years February they have been ttc. And nothing. She thought that it because of his small scrotum (her words). Anyways she seen many doctors (not many 3) and they said that everything is OK with her and to wait at least 6months and if nothing happens then come again to see them and to check her boyfriends spermcount. Well she asked him for many months to do that and he refused saying that everything is OK with him and it will happen anyways at some point. That there no reason for him to check, and he will check after two years if nothing will happen. Well last week he was in Florida to see his parents,and as he was being cold towards her after her asking to check his spermcount,she thought that he was cheating on her. Well being nosey she look trough his things and computer. And she saw that in the browser favorites and history he has been a user of lbgt community and has been commenting a lot,but she couldnt get in his profile as she don't know the password or login. Only saw the history that he has been leaving some comments. She asked him about that and he said that it's just for fun!? and then she went to the basement where they keep every important staff, even safe is up there. And try to find some papers from her docs and couldn't find them. She asked him where are they and he said that he put them together with his. And she goes and find those and then she started to look trough his paperwork,as he always ask her for privacy,and there were many photos of a girl who she said looked alot like her boyfriend,and at the end there were a paper of birth certificate and paper with new name I believe. So that's when she understood everything including ttc problems. She called him and cursed him out. He was admitting the past and begged for forgiveness but she was real hurt and mad and said that she will throw everything out and that she doesn't want to see his face. Now I know that she always have been really peacefull and such a nice person to everyone. I am in complete shock and I feel sorry for her, the same time I feel sorry for him as well. And I did tell her that is think that throwing out his stuff would be evil,thank God she agreed and said tomorrow she will take his stuff to his friends house. She said that she hates him and feels dirty. And I don't know what to tell her.or how to make her feel better. She has been on antidepressants before. And I just scared that she will do something to her.i have never heard somebody crying that much.i had problems to understand what she is saying. I guess my guestion is how can I help her!? What can I do? Sorry for the long post but I haven't been in this situation before and I don't know what is better for her right now
