Is he Cheating?

So I can sometimes Overthink things but  it would really help if I could get some help and support.. 
  So a couple weeks ago I found out that my husband didn't want to kiss me. Because he had some mysterious rash on his lip and he didn't know what it was .. We ended up getting him cold sores ointment for the outside of his lip and it's started to go away so we continued to kiss as usual and now I have the same itchy bumps on my lip that won't go away.. So I'm wondering if He's Cheating on me and getting this from some other girl because  I know I don't have any STDs!!! Or weird rashes so how else could this happen and what it it?

Cold sores don't 100% mean cheating. You can have the virus for a long time and show no symptoms and then all of a sudden get one. I used to have them as a kid. Stopped for a very very long time and maybe 10 years after I had one got one again.

My husband has cold sores all the time. Therefore I get them. He will never and would never cheat on me. I'm so confident in that. I think you might have bigger issues if this is the first thought that comes to your mind.

It's more likely that he's just a carrier for herpes type 1. My bf is, just make sure to use the cream, no kissing and definitely no oral till the rash is cured.

Why don't you just go to the doctors they will be able to tell you exactly what it is. Cold sores isn't an std. But it could be something else other than a cold sore. If my husband gotten sores on his lips and was acting weird about it I would get tested just to make sure. Not saying I would ever think my husband would cheat on me cause I don't think he would but if it bothered me I would have to get tested to ease my mind.
