Glow has me at 7dpo but my temp didn't spike until yesterday. Already emailed Glow regarding the lack of a coverline.

I also think CD18 is most likely. I woulda said cD14 but the fact your temps went back down to around normal it's more likely cd18

I would say cd18. Do you use kindara or fertility friend? As the mark with the coverline straight away and I like to check it's right. Glow is usually out on my O date by a day or two x
