Bleeding week after period.

Had unprotected sex (pullout) the first day of my period 3/16/16, and then again two days later same way. Took the morning after pill just to be safe. My period ended 3/21/16. Today I noticed I had some light brown discharge and now am slightly bleeding. Feel a little bloated. Could the morning after pill make me have a period a week after my original one.
