CD 19...according to ClearBlue Digital I am still flashing smiley "high fertility". 4th day of flashing. Will I be ovulating soon? Or so you think I missed my window? This is my first time tracking ovulation and I just want to make sure I know.

Yes it's all normal. Same happened to me first time, 9 days of flashing (with 4 low) then I got my peak on 10 th day but only in pm as I had a fit instinct with other signs that it had changed so almost 10 days flashing. Stick at it and it just means u probably ovulate later than u thought.

I'm on day 10 of flashy smiley face- so frustrated! Do you feel these are accurate- I thought they where only supposed to pick up 2 days of high fertility? I feel like I am wasting money every month!

I read this today which makes SO much sense and was kinda mind blowing at the same time.

The clear blue easy advanced digital opk (the kind that says "advanced") picks up lh and estradiol.  So the flashing smiley face is picking up the increased estrogen that occurs for your body to produce the sperm friendly CM. (giving the go ahead for sperm to swim and wait for the egg) then when you see the solid smiley face it's picking up the lh surge telling you ovulation is about to occur...  so it gives you of a little more heads up than normal opks

For the last two cycles I have had flashing smiley faces for seven days with a solid smiley face on cd 19. I think you still have a chance.
