Late Period

My period is 4 days late, a couple days ago I was having premenstrual cramps. Usually before I get my period I get really hungry and I get headaches but I havent been much hungry and I haven't gotten any headaches. I've been stressing over it because I'm currently on vacation and I don't want to get it unexpected and I'm just freaking out because it's so late. Since my period is late, when it comes will it be heavy?
