23 weeks 2 days with twins. Please help me out

I'm 22W2Days, with twins. Yesterday I didn't feel any movements from morning to next morning . But next day I felt one time. Is this fine ? Did this happen to anyone of you ? And I'm having severe back pain from few days, but no discharge.. some times all the night I suffered with lower back pain.. I'm taking Proloton Depot oil injection ones in 2 weeks.. And because of unbearable pain I took Dolo this evening, felt relaxed after taking dolo for few hours then again I'm getting pain.. Is this common ? Can anyone please help me out. Thank you..!!!
