Pregnant?!

My cycle is very regular sometimes I have light/medium spotting for a day a day or two a day or two before AF. However this month I spotted closer to a week before and it was literally just one dot of brownish blood, then nothing. I have been experiencing some nausea and light cramps, but other than that nothing. I was planning to take a test either today or tomorrow since my period should have started yesterday and I am usually very regular.

Does this sound like I could be pregnant? I would love to be but am trying to not get my hopes up. Opinions are very appreciated!
