Felt no movements for 24 hours?????

I'm 22W2Days, with twins. Yesterday I didn't feel any movements from morning to next morning . But next day I felt one time. Is this fine ? But I used to feel everyday for number of times. Did this happen to anyone of you ? And I'm having severe back pain from few days, but no discharge.. some times all the night I suffered with lower back pain.. I'm taking Proloton Depot oil injection ones in 2 weeks.. And because of unbearable pain I took Dolo this evening, felt relaxed after taking dolo for few hours then again I'm getting pain.. Is this common ? Can anyone please help me out. Thank you..!!!

Ring ur midwife or maternity department. Babies do not run out of room. It could be nothing but its safer to get checked just incase. You will regret it if you dont. Take it from someone who lost their baby at 39 weeks in just a few hours of hearing a perfect heartbeat and she only moved once that day

Call your doctor. This is an important question and the only answer that really counts is your doctors. Not later either. ASAP. There's generally an answering service when they aren't open. If there's not, call your hospital. Are you really going to have peace of mind from any answer on the Internet from strangers?

I'm 24 weeks and also have had a decrease in movement I think they r just running out of room in there I'm sure they are fine!
