What's everyone's blood pressure been like at appointments?

My BP tends to rise at appointments to 140/80 and at home it's at normal levels 130/70 etc.  Just curious what's in everyone's normal range?

Wish mine was low. Already on meds at 23+5 and being monitored every other day. Ended up in hospital at 24 weeks with 1st baby. Planning on starting maternity leave now at 30 weeks if I make it that far!!!! 😕

At my appointments I have hit 170/90s but at home I run literally 120/70. I have "white coat syndrome" which in my case is legitimate. I've been this was since a child. It scares the midwives everytime they see my BP at the office. LOL

Mine tends to fluctuate from one appt to the next. First appt was higher due to nerves and second appt bp was fine. Several in between and they were fine. Then I had an appointment the day after the super bowl (after eating garbage) and it was high (140/80) and the doctor wanted me to see a cardiologist. Knowing my body - I knew it was a result of my prior nights eating. 
I went to my 20 week appt and I was fine. Then had a follow up two days later with my OB and my bp was fine. I try to eat a lot of strawberry/banana and spinach smoothies for breakfast because they are high in potassium and tend to level or lower blood pressure. The morning of my appts I listen to a "relaxation station" on Internet radio and it usually helps :)!

Mostly sticks around 120/70 down to 100/50. I've always had a low BP!

I've always had low but when I go to the dr it's 120/84 and then when in at work I'll take it and I'm 100/69 so I'm going by the more relaxed version lol

I'm usually like 105/65 never more than 125/70. I was still super swollen last pregnancy and they kept checking me for hypertension.
