Post period vaginal bumps

Ok so I just got off my period and i only use pads. Today my v-jayjay started to get irratated, so I took a shower and I found a small bumb on the inside of my vaginal wall. Its really irratating and I don't know if its a boil, the start if an infection, or something else. Does anybody have any advice??? Should I go to the doctors and get it checked out or what????
