So my husband has never not ONCE held a baby and if he did he was so young he doesn't remember. Our baby girl is due at the end of July and one of my girlfriends had her baby 3weeks ago and we are going to go over there so my husband can meet her baby boy, but we decided as a couple that he's going to wait until our little girl is born so she can be the 1st one he's ever gotten to hold and my friend can't believe that's how we want it. Some people think he needs the experience and can't believe that we're doing that, but I believe that's going to be such a bond for the both him and our daughter for the 1st time. Plus that's what the nurses, myself, and our parents are for. He's come this far to not hold a baby what's a couple more months?
