Gummies vs Pill
I usually get the prenatals that come with two bottles one has a vitamin the other has dha or folic acid. This time i bought the gummies that said it had DHA & folic acid.
Are the pills more effective than the gummies or am i over thinking this because i usually take the same brand/kind
