Baby #2 with PCOS, 2 miscarriages then Progesterone for Baby #1

Anyone with PCOS have early miscarriages but then had a successful pregnancy with progesterone suppositories? After that sucess, did you go on to have another viable pregnancy with no losses in between? I just found out I am pregnant with Baby #2 but can't get those first 2 miscarriages before I used progesterone out of my head. Scared about more...and stories? Thanks.
