Mucus Plug (Picture TMI?)

Went to the dr today and they did a pelvic exam.  It's four hours later and I went to the RR, and when I wiped I noticed that it was thicker and a little mucus-y.  Is this my mucus plug or am I just over excited?  Could this be from the exam today?  Also, I was rolling around on a birthing ball for about an hour- so I was hoping that's get this little man moving.
