I want to get pregnant

So I'm 18 and my boyfriend is 19. We've had a couple pregnancy scares and we have delt with it before. But now we've been together for a while and I kinda want to have a baby. I know it's not a good time right now but when we move out and get stable next year...

I just don't know how to bring it up to him exactly. Any advice?
