Beyond confused

So I am beyond confused right now. I got an u/s on CD24 and my OB told me I had a 12mm folicle on my right ovary that would drop anywhere between 15-20mm. I've been taking OPKs until then and yesterday was the darkest I've gotten but then today it's extremely light! What the hell happened?! This is also my bbt chart. Did I already ovulate and miss it?
