Belly stabs? 15 almost 16 weeks

So I was driving to work this morning and by my belly button I just kept getting like a sharp pain but I don't think round ligament pains were up around the belly button.. What's going on

Following. I'm 15 weeks 1 day and a sharp stabbing pain in my stomach woke me up last night literally lasted a couple of seconds but strong enough to wake me up  first time it's happened

It's something to do with your insides growing, my midwife explained it to me but I forgot what she said 😩
