Boyfriend says I'm "adorable"

This isn't a huge deal, but what do you guys think about it... I was laying on my back and my boyfriend was kissing me and playing with my clit. We were making eye contact but  it was feeling super pleasurable so I moaned and closed my eye and turned my head away. When I did that my boyfriend laughed and was like "oh my god, you're so freaking adorable, I love it" then kissed me. He has said I am adorable other times during intimacy as well and I think it's kind of weird because I'm not trying to be adorable lmao I'm trying to be hot...
