Could I be Pregnant?

We had sex after the honey moon using a spermicidal condom and vcf, no cramps! I had my period from 3-25 to 3-27. We had sex early 3-28, used condom and VCR, only the condom was ultra thin with no spermicide, the condom got stuck inside after he got off and he had sperm on his pens, the condom did have some sperm at the tip, but I'm afraid some ether leaked out of the condom or didn't even get into the condom, now I'm experiencing cramps like my period, is there a chance I'm pregnant?
