Different ways for ladies to be "in charge" during intercourse?

My BF is okay with being the dominant one during sex to make me happy, but I can tell he's not exactly "in my state of bliss." He tells me that he also likes "to be taken control of" and I'm just at a loss. I have no good ideas, or even ideas whatsoever on how to be what he wants or needs. ...Help?
