Still kinda in disbelief

I'm 21 w 2d and I've had my anatomy ultra sound and started getting the babies room ready but it still doesn't feel real. But then again getting and being married doesn't feel real. I guess I've been waiting for all this stuff to happen since I knew who I wanted to be with 14 yrs ago that now that it finally happened it just feels like it's a dream. Does anyone else feel like this??
