This video is about a makeup artist that has alot of acne and the comments she received on her social media. Alot of the comments were degrading, humiliating, and hurtful about her appearance . I'm guessing it was a black woman said to try being a black woman in America and basically saying to get over it that there are people like them who go through bigger problems. Do you agree? And why? Why is it ok to put someone else down and ignore another issue that is an epidemic in society which is cyber bullying ?  Her name is *my pale skin* on YouTube. Everyone has problems. People are filled with hate regardless of race. People are always going to be mean. Maybe if it weren't for those people, those rude commenters and that woman wouldn't feel the hate towards themselves. Be nice to one another. It can truly change someone's day.

I've dealt with an issue with constantly being called pale. But the purpose of this video is to show that no matter what you do, you'll always have comments. Even if you wear make up, or if you don't. I feel for this girl in the video because girls in general feel pressured to do what other people want them to when it comes to their looks. As for the comment goes, this video literally has nothing to do with race so as for the comment, I think it should just be ignored. There's always someone who wants to take an unrelated topic and make it about race. The comment is ignorant.

It's not a competition:/. The standards on women and make up have an effect on people of all colors. Her video was about make up. Not skin color/race. 
Her video was pointing out that if she wears makeup she "doesn't love herself", is "false advertising" and that if she doesn't she should "cover up her face", "doesn't care about herself".
I think any women here can agree that sometimes we can't win no matter which way we go.

I think you should've blurred the name of the person, I get that it's a public comment but they didn't sign up for a full on debate about what they said. I also believe that they are bringing up something that wasn't even mentioned, it wasn't a part of what that video is about. This video is in no way putting down struggles of other people, it is only bringing awareness to the problem that many people face on social media, showing how it effects people and how it's one of those "you can never win" situations. What this lady said is very much like what was said to me when experiencing the loose of a friend (we've all heard the "there are starving children in Africa and you don't greave them") and could make the lady in the video feel bad about standing up for something that she has faced. They shouldn't have made that comment, in my opinion.

That woman "speaking up" for black women in America, who are beyond privileged compared to other being's in many MANY other places is just trying to ASSert herself.
