Missed period

So ever since getting my implanon out, which was about 5 months ago, I have been having regular period every month. Always coming every 4th Sunday. I am now 3 days late and this is extremely out of character for my body! How soon can you take a pregnancy test and is there any other reason besides being pregnant as to why I haven't gotten my period yet? I'm not stressed or have any other health problems that I'm aware of. I know it's only 3 days but I know my body and I know this isn't right. (I've taken 2 tests and both are negative)
