All of a sudden very dry

Hey all, I thought I had done really well this month. I'm about 5 days before my period is due and all of a sudden I'm really dry. Like so dry I'm itchy. Not inside but on the outside. This hasn't happened to me for a long time, I can't even remember when. I don't remember this with my first pregnancy but could this be a good sign? I'm waiting until Saturday to test as my period should start Sunday. What do you all think? Usually I'm always wet or not this dry.
