Pain a month after ectopic

I had an ectopic pregnancy that was resolved about a month ago but about a week ago I started having right lower abdominal pain and there is one spot that is tender when pressed on. I am having AF right now so in wondering if it is related to that...

Anyone have an ectopic and have a similar experience of consistent pain in the side of ectopic during period?
