Diclegis

In summary, I went to the ER over the weekend for severe back and shoulder pain-I couldn't breathe or walk. At the hospital they said it could be muscle spasms or pneumonia. They have me a prescription for Diclegis for the amount of vomiting I've been having. I've been taking the new meds for 2 days and now I have some cramping. I haven't been able to have a BM or pass gas in 2 days. I'm scared that I could be losing the baby.  What do you think?
