So I am only 6w4d along and for the past few days I have been having bad migraines along with a pounding heart and feeling like my face is on fire but with a normal temp as well as random shaking like my blood sugar is low but I know it's not. I called my OB and they want to see me first thing tomorrow morning. I am terrified. What if something is wrong? I'm so scared. Please, any prayers or good thoughts would be appreciated.
