EXERCISE ?

Is it me 🤔or has anyone else hasn't did a lick of exercise .... Since they been  pregnant? Being pregnant was enough exercise for me 😩

I get winded now trying to walk up several flights of stairs so I consider that my workout 😂

Everyday I wake up planning to get back to the gym but it still hasn't happened:/

I walk to work everyday at just over a mile and sometimes back home. Besides that I unload trucks and stock freight and on my feet for 8+ hours a day. My whole job is a work out

Same here. I used to take my dogs for a walk even when it's pouring outside and now I can't bring myself to do it on the nicest days I feel bad for them we used to go to the beach and let them run and go to the park and shopping. But now that I waddle that's all done.

I can't. Normally I'm on my feet 10 hours a day, lifting and wrestling dogs and cats. But since my dr determined my pregnancy as high risk I haven't been able to do nothing. I have lost weight since I'm not eating as I should because of the nausea and lack of appetite. But it's not ideal, I just wanna be active again 😫

I try to make myself do 3 short walks per day and do 50 squats before and 50 after each walk. And then I need to rest for 30 min 😂

I haven't been allowed but I stay as active as I'm able to.

14 weeks and I exercise daily it's the only thing that keeps me sane, keep my appetite in check, and gives me energy

I'm struggling with that too. Now that I'm 14 weeks I'm starting to feel a little better but my all day sickness has moved to just the morning. Which makes it difficult for me to exercise. I used to wake up and get my work out in before I ate and now I have to eat right away or I'm miserable. And then I can't work out after I eat or I get sick so I just end up getting ready for the day. I have come to the conclusion that I just have to start working out at night, which I have never liked doing. But oh well! Hopefully sooner than later I will get my butt in gear!
