TTC after implanon birth control

I recently had my birth control taken out this last month, I had the implanon implant in my arm for a little over three years. My boyfriend and I are on month 1 of TTC with baby #1. I stated af two days after my birth control was removed (started on the 24th ended on the 30th). Has anyone else had implanon? How long did it take you to get a BFP after removal?? Just wanna be realistic and not get my hopes up and expect it right away...
