Need some help. With my results

Hi moms I'm at 24 w, I have been attending my clinic as usual and they do an ultrasound for us there but it's not really for the purpose of telling us the gender and stuff. I did ask the sonographer though, she told me it looks like a girl. I have here my results but Im really not sure at all what I'm looking at. Can anyone tell if this indicates and gender of a girl? Thank you! I don't really wanna go do another one just yet.
