Spotting during first trimester

Hello everyone! I'm 5 weeks and 3 days (from the first day of my last period) and today I started to notice bloody discharge (sorry tmi) when I pee. This is my first pregnancy and I am so scared to miscarry. I've read that this can be normal, but it's still concerning. The discharge is light pink and I only notice it when I wipe. I know it's not a miscarriage yet as I'm not bleeding or cramping like I do on my period, but I'm afraid maybe this is how it starts? I called my doctor and can't get in until tomorrow after work. Any help/advice is so appreciated! Thank you.
