Finally no spotting

I delivered a baby in June 6 th at only 20 weeks and then found out at the end of July I was expecting again only to lose that baby on September 6th and I have been spotting and had 2 periods close together. And my Dr just called and I have finally got a 4 on my hcg levels. It seems like I have been bleeding forever and now it feels like I might finally be on course. I'm ready to try again.
