11 wks 3 days; no symptoms😟

I'm 11 wks 3days and other than occasional nausea i have no symptoms, I have yet to vomit my entire pregnancy and my boobs look and still feel the same as before.......I'm hungry a lot and get frequent headaches but I'm so concerned...my next appointment is not until April 5th and I have no idea when to expect major changes to my body ,anyone have any similar experiences ? If so what was the sex of your baby? And for you other ladies when did you begin to experience changes in your breast and body?
