Spotting... ***TMI***

I am 5w5d pregnant and I started spotting a few days ago. It was very very light and it stopped the same day. The next day I went to the doctor and had a sonogram done and they don't me that the sac is an abnormal shape. I get my levels retested in the morning to see if they have went up or not, and if not, there is an 80% I will miscarry. I was getting ready to get into the bath tonight and I pull down my pant and see this in my panty liner. My S/O and I did have sex this morning, but I figured if I was going to bleed from that I would have already. Am I miscarrying?! I am very sorry about the TMI picture.
