Unable to conceive....

Why am I unable to conceive ? I took my implant out April last year, my partner and I have a very healthy relationship regarding sex.. We won't go longer than a week without it😈 ive got irregular periods for instance; my cycle up until August last year was 28 days, it then went to 35 day cycle, 52 days cycle and as the months have gone by my cycle has gone longer... My cycle this month was supposed to be 65 days according to this app and I'm now 5 days late on to my predicted period (67 days in) I've taken 2 hpt both negitive...
