How is everybody doing their invitations? Also do the invitations have to match the theme???

We bought a template for $7 on ETSY and I printed them myself for those who needed it mailed and texted /emailed for those who are electronically connected... Mine will match the color scheme, but not necessarily the actual theme itself.

My sister set up a Facebook event. In addition, we sent out paper invites. I don't have a theme, so they're just cute pink invites. My favorite thing about them is each invitation has a 'diaper raffle ticket' attached. So if the person brings a package of diapers, she can write her name on the ticket and then at my shower I'll randomly choose a ticket and she'll win a fun prize. Great way for me to stock up on diapers. :)

We are doing Facebook and mailing for those who don't have it.  I've been to a few done thru Facebook and it was nice because it sends you reminders for the event.....and you don't have to gather a bunch of address's!!

My sister did an email invite. And I wouldn't think they have to match unless of course toy have like a nautical theme invite but the theme is the circus lol then it wouldn't go together one bit. But if it was just a regular invite I don't see why not.
