Embarrassimg things

So I'm 19 and this is extremely embarrassing for me to say but ever since I was little, I sucked my thumb and I just can't give it up. I have tried everything and now that I might be moving in with my boyfriend, I don't want to still be doing this!!! He doesn't know cause I'm just too embarrassed to tell him. But I hate that I do it, especially since I'm 19. I will be anonymous and won't reply to any of you're comments cause I am so embarrassed but thank you to anyone who comments and can give me any helpful tips to quit or if you have something embarrassing that you still do from your childhood, please feel free to share!!
