Should I drop this guy.

So I've been talking to this guy on tinder for about two weeks now and we've agreed to meet. But he cancelled on me yesterday because of work and it seems like he's gonna cancel on me today but he told me that he would be coming but he's already late. What should I do? Should I leave him alone and move on or just wait it out?
