Anxious to try again!!

Hi everyone! I recently miscarried at 11 weeks and had a d&e to remove everything ..I'm 2 weeks out from the d&e and I've stopped bleeding now for 4  days and I'm anxious for my cycle to return and to start trying again ... I was regular at every 30 days for af and I hope that this does not affect things.. Is it possible to ovulate before my cycle returns? Any advice with this? Tia😊
