Back discomfort?

Briauna • First time mommy :). I'm a 23 year old college student studying psychology and suddenly unexpectedly pregnant.
Has anyone else suffered back discomfort and unable to sit still or be confortable at 5 weeks? Or is it all in my head. Also is nausea this early normal? People Keep saying it's all in my head
